"... That Frances Harrison late of the Citty of Yorke widdow deceased by her last will & testam[en]t in writeing written in her life tyme beareing date on or about the foureteenth of March w[hi]ch was in the yeare of our Lord One Thousand Six Hundred & Thirty Did declare her minde & will to be that the sume of foure hundred pounds of Lawfull money of England in the hands of her sonn Thomas Harrison Esqr. now Sr. Thomas Harrison of the Citty of Yorke Knight, payable to her at certaine dayes after death should be payed unto Christopher Croft late Sr. Christopher Croft Kt. Then of the Citty of Yorke Alderman & Thomas Maisterman her sonns in Law both since deceased to pay to yo[u]r said Orator Robert dureing his natural life the yearely sume of Thirty pounds of like Lawfull money quarterly by Equall portions the first payment to be paid at Lam[m]as then next comeing for & in Lieu of one Annuity or yearly Rent of Thirty pounds formerly bequeathed to yo[u]r said Orator Robert, by one Thomas Robinson his uncle deceased to whome the said Dame Frances & Sir Thomas Harrison were Executor[s] ..."
