In reference to the presumed summonses, Cokayne wrote: "What is presumably his name being entered in the list of summonses to that Parl. as Thomas."
In reference to the certain summonses, Cokayne notes that it means that he was summoned to every Parliament except that summoned 1 November 1433. On 22 December 1406 he attested the Acts for settling the Crown (Rolls of Parl., volume iii, page 582); in many Parliaments he was a commissioner to hear petitions from Gascony and overseas.
