Text | In the Name of God Amen I Olive Meynell of Dalton Hall in ye County of York Widdow (being of sound & perfect memory (thanks be to Allmighty God for ye same)[)] doe make this my last will and Testament, In manner & form following vix. [viz.] First I give & bequeath my soul to God my maker, & my Body to ye earth to be decently interred as my executrixes [executrices] hereafter named shall think fitt, & as for my worldly esstate, I disspo[s]e of itt as hereafter followeth, Imprimis I give to my sonn George Meynell Esq. & his wife twenty shillings a peece [apiece] to buye mourning rings Item I give to my Grandsunn George Meynell twenty shillings for a ring, Item I give to my Sonn & daughter Skelton & to my Grandsonn John Skelton twenty shillings each of them to buye mourning rings, as for ye rest of my Estate of what kind soe ever my debts Legacies & funerall expences being first payd I give & bequeath to my Daughters Olive Meynell & Dorothy Meynell whom I make Joynt Executrixes of this my last will & Testament, In wittnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seale ye 1st. day of Novemb[e]r in ye sixth yeare of ye Reigne of o[u]r Sov[e]r[e]igne Lady Queen Ann[e] Anno Domi[ni] 1707 Signed Sealed & Published as my last will & Testament In ye presence of W: Sandrson.
